Do I need the exact amount of Dubloons to purchase from the Smugglers Cove?

The answer is NO!

As long as you have the exact amount or more, your more than okay. If you have more, the pirates at the smuggles cove will break down the dubloons and give you change.

When is the Smugglers Cove open?

The smugglers cove doesn't open regularly or on a set date like other shops.

The smugglers cove opens randomly when they release a new cove item, and it "closes" once they release an x amount of that new item.
